In the area of Quebec city there is roughly 5 Ski Resorts that you can try and don't have to leave the city for to long. In a radius of around an hour and a half you can get to Le Massif de Charlevoix that offers a stunning view on the St-Laurence river and a unique characteristic of being already at the top of the mountain when you get there and you can ski down the mountain directly to the chairlift right in front of the river. Nevertheless, the first stop of this Ski Trip would be Mont St-Anne that offers a good variety of slopes. Going from big highway tracks to double diamonds glades to easy tracks to snowparks with rails only.
This 2•3 day Ski trip can vary depending on your intention to have an extra day to do something or not. On the third day you can just wake up, pack up and go straight back to the city or do an extra activity that will make you discover the region a little bit more. Otherwise, if you stay for 2 days you'll have to go straight back to the city or the airport after you day of skiing.
Itinerary
The Itinerary is mainly base for people who are landing at the closest international airport which is (YQB) Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport and that are looking to do a little road trip to the Ski Resorts. You can always adapt this itinerary with your own approach such as taking a bus to get to Mont St-Anne from Quebec city or start the trip from another city. You can do this itinerary anytime during the week or the week-end but it is mostly conceived for a regular week-end or long week-end trip.
You grab your car rental at the airport in the afternoon
Then drive roughly 53 minutes to your accommodation at Mont St-Anne
On your way there you can stop at St-Anne de Beaupré Sanctuary, one of the most famous church in the province.
For the first night at Mont St-Anne you can visit the village, try out a local restaurant, try out a local pub or make yourself a nice dinner in your accommodation.
First day activity at Mont St-Anne
Second day activity at Massif de Charlevoix
Drive back to Quebec city or to the airport after the mountain skiing hours(4pm)

Second evening activity you can stay for the After-Ski or try a local restaurant or try a spa treatment
Third day activity (optional) try a different activity such as dogsledding or backcountry skiing or cross-country skiing

Activities
Alpin Skiing/Snowboarding
The main activity to do during winter at Mont St-Anne is to hit those slopes and get a little bit of adrenaline while enjoying being in nature and breathing some fresh air. You can rent your equipment if you forgot your gear or if you just don't have any.
Cross-country Skiing - One the the biggest centre in North America, only 7km away from Mont St-Anne and there is a ski trail that connects you from the Ski Resorts to the Cross-country skiing centre. They have roughly 200km of trails you can ski on for classic cross-country skiing and skating.
Alpin Skiing/Snowboarding
Crazy amount of snow is dropping at Le Massif de Charlevoix every years. The Ski Resort is very well known in the province for its glades and the ski conditions. On a sunny day you can have a stunning view of the St-Lawrence river while going down the mountains
After-ski & Local Restaurants
Enjoy the moment by stay a little bit longer at the Ski Resort Le Massif de Charlevoix by going the After-ski at the summit cafeteria or try a local restaurant in the village. You might going to discover something very good and unique + you might get discounts with you lift ticket.
Dogsledding
On your third day activity at the Ski Resort Le Massif de Charlevoix you can do many things that are different then you regular alpine ski day. You can try dogsledding, which is fun and it's an interesting way to explore the area.
Transportation options:
You have many transportation options you can use to do this trip. if you don't have your own vehicle you can possibility find a tour operator that offers a trip or find a bus shuttle to bring the Ski Resorts. Rather that, you must rent a vehicle. The type of vehicle doesn't need to big if you are travel alone or in a couple. For a smaller group you can rent a mini van and potentially a cargo van with passenger sits in the back.
Accommodation options:
Your accommodation options can vary depending on if you want to stay both nights at the same place or you prefer to get two different accommodation for the second night. There is many hotels or cottages or room rentals you can find around both Ski Resorts. You'll have to do you own research to find which one fits well with what you want to experience and your budget.
